Augustine University has released a detailed bulletin outlining the mandatory documents required for the resumption of new students for the 2024 academic session. The bulletin, dated October 24, 2024, lists several essential documents that students must present upon registration to complete their clearance and secure their student status.

The bulletin, dated October 24, 2024, lists several essential documents that students must present upon registration to complete their clearance and secure their student status.
The required documents include 10 passport photographs, photocopies of O'Level results, UTME results, and JAMB admission letters. The university stressed the importance of ensuring that JAMB admission letters are printed and ready for submission, warning that students whose letters are not ready on the JAMB portal will not be processed.
Additional documents include the provisional admission offer from Augustine University, a stamped clearance form from the bursary, and reference letters from schools and places of worship. Students are also required to download the student handbook, fill out the attached undertaking form, and submit it during registration.
Furthermore, transfer students admitted to 100 or 200-level are advised to bring their academic transcripts and relevant documents from their previous institutions.
Batch Resumption Schedule Released
The university also announced the resumption schedule, set to be conducted in batches according to faculties. The Faculty of Humanities, Management & Social Sciences will resume on October 28, followed by the Faculty of Science on October 29. The Faculties of Allied Health Sciences and Engineering will resume on October 30.
Students are reminded to ensure all documents are intact and ready for submission at the registration venue, as incomplete documentation may lead to delays.
