Baba-Ahmed University Extends Condolences to Jama'are Emirate

A delegation from Baba-Ahmed University was sent to commiserate with the Jama'are Emirate over the demise of the Emir's son, Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Wabi, who tragically died in a motor accident on June 15, 2025.

The university's gesture demonstrates its commitment to supporting the community during difficult times.

Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Wabi, the eldest son of the late Emir of Jama'are, Alhaji Ahmadu Muhammadu Wabi III, was widely respected for his humility, dedication to traditional leadership, and service to his people. His death has been described as a monumental loss to the Jama'are Emirate and the state at large.

The university's condolence message prayed for Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased's shortcomings and grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss. Similar condolences were received from notable figures, including Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State and Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State, who described the late Wabi as a beacon of hope and an embodiment of service, justice, and peace ¹ ².
