The Pharmaceutical Association of Nigerian Students (PANS) at Bayero University Kano (BUK) is set to host a one-day seminar titled "Pharmacists in Agro-Pastoral Development: Exploring Opportunities and Synergies" on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. The seminar will commence at 10:00 AM in the Faculty Board Room, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FPS), BUK.
Alhaji Ibrahim Garba Gama, Coordinator of the Kano State Agro-Pastoral Development Project (KSADP), will deliver the keynote address. The event will be hosted by Abubakar Haruna Yusuf, President of PANS BUK, with Prof. Ibrahim Adamu Yakasai, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, serving as the chief host.
The seminar will be moderated by Pharm Suleiman Danladi, PhD, Sub-Dean of Academics at FPS, with Pharm Ghali Sule, Director General of the Drug Medical and Consumable Supply Agency Kano State, as the Chairman of the Occasion. Prof. Shamsuddeen Umar, Dean of Student Affairs at BUK, will attend as the Special Guest of Honor.
