Bayero University to Collaborate with Kano State Government on Education Reform

Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has expressed its willingness to collaborate with the Kano State Government to improve the standard and quality of education in schools across the state.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas, made this known during a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Education, Hon. Umar Haruna Doguwa, on July 2, 2024.

The Commissioner highlighted the dire need for educational reform in the state, acknowledging the depth of the crisis. He welcomed the potential collaboration with BUK, emphasizing the need for a collective approach to address the issue.
