Borno State University Receives New Mass Communication Studio Complex

The Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University (BOSU), Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe, has officially received the newly constructed Mass Communication Studio Complex in a ceremony presided over by the Director of Works, Physical Planning and Development, Engr. Mohammed Habib.

Borno State University (BOSU) has welcomed a state-of-the-art Mass Communication Studio Complex, generously funded by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) in 2023.

The newly constructed Mass Communication Studio Complex at Borno State University has been handed over to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe, by Engr. Mohammed Habib, Director of Works, Physical Planning and Development.

TETFUND funded the construction of the complex in 2023 as part of its intervention projects at BOSU.

Professor Sandabe expressed gratitude to TETFUND for its support in infrastructure and human capital development, assuring proper utilization of the facility.

The Vice-Chancellor delegated the responsibility of overseeing the complex to the Dean of the Faculty of Social Management Science, who then entrusted Dr. Nasir Abba Aji, Head of the Mass Communication Department, with its operation.

Dr. Aji pledged to highlight the significance of mass communication through the complex's activities.

Professor Sandabe, accompanied by university management, inspected the complex, emphasizing the importance of its efficient use.
