Professor Hamafyelto explained that the proposal aims to alleviate the pressure on the department at UNIMAID, which is currently facing challenges due to inadequate staff, facilities, and a large student population. He expressed hope that introducing the department in BOSU would help reduce the burden and provide a valuable service to the region, as most students offering the course are from this part of the country.
