BOSU Maiduguri: Vice-Chancellor Reviews Ongoing Projects on Campus - Expresses Varied Sentiments
Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe, the Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University, recently conducted a comprehensive inspection of ongoing projects within the campus, showcasing a range of feelings about the progress and quality observed.

Accompanied by management staff and unit heads, the VC visited the construction site of the Centre for Kanuri Ajami and Quranic Studies, a project undertaken by the NNPC. Expressing dissatisfaction, the Vice-Chancellor frowned upon the perceived inadequacy in both the quality and pace of work completed thus far. He emphasized the urgent need for improvements and swift project completion.
Contrastingly, the inspection of the Faculty of Engineering Building, funded by the North East Development Commission (NEDC), left a positive impression. Despite the absence of personnel during the inspection, the VC lauded the standard and quality of the ongoing work. He urged the commission to maintain such standards and expedite the project's completion.

Additionally, the Vice-Chancellor reviewed a Hostel project initiated by TETFUND, which remains at the foundation stage.
