BOUESTI Schedules 2nd Convocation Ceremony for 2024/2025 Graduating Students

The Bamidele Olumilua University of Science and Technology, Ikeke-Ekiti (BOUESTI) has announced that the 2nd Convocation Ceremony for the 2024/2025 graduating students will hold on Saturday, 18th April 2026.

All graduands are required to observe the following procedures to ensure participation:

1. Convocation Registration: Graduating students must create a personal profile on the University Portal using a personal email address (not the BOUESTI student email) for convocation registration and application for academic transcripts.

2. Payment of Convocation Fee: Students can pay the convocation fee as follows:

   • N150,000.00 if paid before the ceremony
   • N175,000.00 if paid after the ceremony

   Payment should be made into the following account:

3. Convocation Fee Coverage: The fee includes:

   • Convocation brochure
   • Certificate
   • Student copy of academic transcript
   • Alumni Association due
   • Two invitation cards for parents/guardians
   • Academic gown and scroll

4. Clearance and Gown Collection: Graduands must obtain a Clearance Form from the Directorate of Student Affairs and complete all necessary requirements as outlined in the form to collect their academic gown and other convocation items.

Students are advised to comply promptly with these requirements to avoid delays in participation.
