BUK CDA Hosts International Workshop on Genomics and Agricultural Biotechnology

The Centre for Dryland Agriculture (CDA), Bayero University, Kano, is hosting a collaborative scientific meeting and workshop with international partners.

The four-day event, running from November 9th to 12th, 2025, focuses on Genomics, Genome Editing, Biofertilizer Development, and Statistics.

Partner institutions include University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P), Morocco, University of Maiduguri, and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. The workshop aims to strengthen scientific cooperation and enhance research capacity in advanced agricultural biotechnology and data analysis.
