According to the bulletin, the university's General Examinations and Academic Regulations (GEAR) guided the disciplinary measures. Apart from the students expelled and rusticated, five students were exonerated, 29 received warnings, and the cases of three others were deferred for further review.
The university emphasized that maintaining academic discipline remains a priority, and any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. Authorities at BUK reiterated their stance on strict compliance with examination regulations to safeguard the institution's academic reputation.
