The College of Nursing Sciences, Adazi-Nnukwu (CONSA) Anambra, has officially released its Post UTME form for the 2024/2025 academic session. Applications are now open for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme. 

Application Period:

- Dates: September 25 – 27, 2024

- Venue: CONSA CBT Centre, Adazi-Nnukwu

- Fee: ₦15,500 (non-refundable)

- Bank: Uzondu Microfinance Bank

Admission Requirements:

- Must have a UTME score of at least 100.

- Choose CONSA as the first choice in your UTME application.

- Possess at least five credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in no more than two sittings. Note that NABTEB results cannot be combined with results from other boards.

Required Documents:

- Original WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB certificate or computer printout.

- Upload O’Level results to the JAMB portal if awaiting results were registered.

- School testimonial.

- Birth certificate or Declaration of Age from an authorized body.

- A functional personal email address.

1. Pay the application fee of ₦15,500 to the following account:

2. Payments can be made via bank, bank app, or POS. Ensure to include the candidate’s name and the programme in the narration/remark section if paying via bank app or POS.

3. Upload the bank teller or transaction receipt as proof of payment.

4. Bring the payment proof to the examination hall.
