Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State, is set to mark a significant milestone as it prepares to hold its 25th Matriculation Ceremony for the 2023/2024 academic session. The ceremony, a pivotal moment for the university and its incoming students, is scheduled to take place on Friday, 15th March 2024.
The event will kick off simultaneously across the Igbariam and Uli Campuses of the University, starting at 10:00 a.m. and concluding at 4:00 p.m. Students, faculty, and staff are eagerly anticipating this annual tradition, which symbolizes the formal acceptance of new students into the academic community.

In light of the occasion, the University Management has issued a stern reminder regarding the prohibition of any form of party during or after the Matriculation Ceremony. It has been emphasized that any student found participating in or organizing any such event within or outside the university premises on the Matriculation day will face disciplinary sanctions.
Deans of Faculty and Heads of Departments have been tasked with ensuring that all students are duly informed of this directive to ensure strict compliance with the established rules governing the conduct of the Matriculation Ceremony.
