DELSU Extends Post-UTME Form Sales, Reschedules Staff Verification Exercise
The Management of the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, has announced an extension of the deadline for the purchase of its 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening form.
The Management of the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, has announced an extension of the deadline for the purchase of its 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening form.
The new deadline, according to the institution’s management, is now Sunday, August 31, 2025, instead of the earlier date of August 24.
The extension is to give candidates who are yet to obtain the form an additional opportunity to participate in the admission screening exercise.
In a related development, DELSU has also rescheduled the Personnel Verification Exercise for staff whose names were listed as unverified during the initial exercise conducted in May 2025. The screening, organised by the Office of the Auditor General, Delta State, will now take place on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Atscan Hall Site II, Abraka.

Affected staff are expected to appear with the following documents:
- Academic certificates for all qualifications (including First School Leaving Certificate)
- Birth certificate or affidavit of age declaration
- National Identification Number (NIN) slip/printout/card
- Letter of appointment
- Letter of confirmation of appointment
- Letter of assumption of duty from Establishments
- Current payslip (July 2025)
- Letter of last promotion
- Evidence of formal approval for staff currently on leave (sabbatical, study, sick, maternity, or leave of absence).
The University stressed that salaries would be withheld for any staff who fail to present the required documents until full compliance is achieved.
The announcements were made through an official bulletin issued by the University’s Public Relations Unit, Directorate of Ceremonials, Information and Public Relations, Office of the Vice Chancellor.
