Dr. Usman Abbas Sarkin-Pada, Head of the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain Management and Director of Procurement at Kaduna State University, has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship of the Association of Public Procurement Practitioners of Nigeria (FCPP). Dr. Sarkin-Pada actively participated in the APPON 2025 National Conference, held from August 11 to 15, 2025, at the Borno State Hotel, Maiduguri. The conference theme was "Mainstreaming Public Procurement for Effective Budget Implementation."
