In a recent interview, the Governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Nwifuru, emphasized his administration's commitment to revamping the state's education system. Governor Nwifuru stressed the need for universities and higher institutions to offer courses that empower graduates to be self-reliant and capable of sustaining themselves economically.
The governor, who holds a degree in Building Technology, expressed his belief in practical education, citing the importance of courses that go beyond theoretical knowledge. He remarked, "I believe that the kind of education we should venture into is the type that should put food on our table."
