Expressing his heartfelt thanks, Ikechukwu acknowledged the support and trust placed in him by the university’s management, SUG officials, and the entire student community.
In his statement, Ikechukwu extended special thanks to several key figures, including the Vice-Chancellor of Ebonyi State University, the SUG President, the SUG Director of Health, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and the Assistant SSG, as well as the Faculty Presidents of Basic Medicine and Health Sciences. He also expressed gratitude to the EBSU student community for their support.
"I am truly honored by this appointment and deeply grateful to Ebonyi State University’s management and the SUG for finding me worthy of such a significant position," Ikechukwu stated. "I promise to serve diligently and bring honor and glory to our great institution."
