FCE (Technical), Asaba and admission requirements and application procedures for 2023/2024 session

This is to inform the prospective students of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba that the Management of the institution has released the approved requirements for admission and admission application procedures for the 2023/2024 academic session, Myschoolnews report.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

PRE-NCE:

The One Year Pre-NCE is an Intensive Programme aimed at preparing students with four Credits entry Qualifications for Transfer into Full-Time NCE Programme. To Transfer into NCE I, Students while in Pre-NCE have to write and score 100 and above in UTME to qualify into NCE 1

NIGERIA CERTIFICATE IN EDUCATION (NCE)

Candidates Must possess SSCE/WAEC/NECO/GCE NABTEB TC II Results with five Credits including Mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings. Two of the Credits must be in the subject area.

PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN EDUCATION (PDE) Candidates must possess the following Qualifications:

A University Degree/Higher National Diploma (HND)/ Professional Qualification in relevant field. NYSC Disharge Certificate/Exemption Certificate. All original copies of credentials.

DEGREE:

Candidates must possess the following Qualifications: JAMB Original Result slip All original copies of credentials Two Passport Photographs with Red Background.

APPLICATION METHODS

All Interested Candidates for Full-Time NCE Admission are to pay the sum of 2,000.00 only while interested candidates for NCE Part-Time Weekend Evening Programmes & Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) are to pay 4,000.00 only at the Bank through Bursary Office. After Payment, Candidates should come to the Admission office with the blue Reciept for collection of form

NOTE: Once admitted, NCE Part-Time Students must go to JAMB registered CBT Center for registration.

METHOD OF APPLICATION FOR DEGREE PROGRAMME

All interested Candidates into the Degree Programme are to pay the sum of 3,000.00 only at the Bank through the Bursary Office. After Payment, candidates should come to the Degree Unit with the blue reciept for collection of form. Please note that Accomodation is FREE for full- Time students

CLOSING DATE:

Completed Admission forms should be returned to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) FCE(T) Asaba on or before 2023/24 Academic Session Matriculation.
