The Academic Board of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi has approved the conduct of re-sit examinations for eligible students following the review of second semester results for the 2024/2025 academic session.
According to an internal memo from the Registry, Academic Division, dated January 5, 2026, the decision was ratified during the Academic Board meeting on Monday, December 18, 2025.
Key Guidelines for the Re-sit Examinations:
- Students may register for a maximum of six (6) courses, regardless of the semester.
- Only students with carryover courses are eligible; withdrawn students are excluded.
- Personal registration is mandatory; proxy registration is not permitted.
- No lectures will be conducted for re-sit candidates.
- Fees: ₦20,000 registration fee plus ₦5,000 per course.
Schedule:
- Registration: Monday, 5th January – Friday, 9th January 2026
- Examinations: Monday, 12th January – Saturday, 17th January 2026
Students are advised to comply with all regulations to ensure smooth participation in the re-sit process.
