Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Mourns Student, Barira Adam Badara, Who Passed Away After Brief Illness

The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi community has been thrown into mourning following the death of one of its students, Barira Adam Badara, from NDII A, Mass Communication Department.

According to a statement released by the Students’ Union Government (SUG) President, the late Barira passed away last night after a brief illness.

Students who interacted with her earlier in the day expressed shock at the sad news, noting that she had appeared healthy and lively while spending time with friends after doing her laundry in the afternoon.

Her sudden demise has left colleagues, friends, and lecturers in deep grief. The SUG President described her death as a great loss to the institution and prayed for her eternal rest.

“May her soul rest in perfect peace. Ameen,” the statement read.

The management, SUG, and Mass Communication Department are expected to join her family in mourning as burial arrangements are being made.
