This announcement, detailed in a memo dated September 4, 2025, from the Registrar, Stanley U. Njoku, emphasizes strict adherence to examination protocols to ensure academic integrity and fairness for all students.

 

Students are required to present their QR Code-Enabled Identity Cards during the exams. In line with institutional policies, the use of handsets in the examination hall is strictly prohibited, as are copying, referring to notes, books, tables, or other materials that constitute examination misconduct. The memo warns that such violations will attract severe penalties, and the ban on signing out or any form of celebration during or after exams remains firmly in place to maintain focus and discipline.
