The Federal University of Technology Akure FUTA warns students on the ongoing scam in the school, warning that the school does not have another  private phone number other than her personal number.

The Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology Akure FUTA , Professor Adenike Oladiji, FAS, does not have another  private phone number other than her personal number and anyone who calls you or chat with you with any number purporting same to be that of the Vice Chancellor is setting you up for scamming.

The Vice Chancellor does not award contracts  and therefore the FUTA Community and the general public should not enter into any transaction whatsoever with scammers who are parading bogus businesses  and contracts via cloned social media accounts and pages.
