Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) extends online course registration deadline to June 17, 2024, with late registration incurring additional fees, in response to SUG Executives' intervention.

In response to the memo referenced FUT/REG/CR/GEN 128/Vol 1 dated May 13, 2024, the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) has granted an extension to the deadline for online course registration. This extension, approved by the Vice-Chancellor, allows students an additional two weeks to complete their registration process.

The Vice-Chancellor has kindly approved an extension of the deadline for online registration of courses to Monday, June 17, 2024, providing students with more time to fulfill their registration requirements. The decision comes following the intervention of the SUG Executives, under the leadership of Rtr. High Comr. Nwosu Stanley Okechukwu, President of SUG, FUTO.

Late registration will incur an additional fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000), effective from Tuesday, June 18, 2024. This fee serves as an incentive for students to complete their registration within the extended timeframe.
