GB Foods Company to Recruit BUK's Graduating Students

Recently, GB Foods Company, Africa, a multinational corporation with its roots in Spain, held a Talent Hunt Recruitment exercise at Bayero University, Kano (BUK) aimed at recruiting final year and recently graduated students into their fold.

Conducted on Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, at the New Hall of the Deanery of Student Affairs, the event saw Mr. Vincent Egbe, Managing Director of the company's Nigerian office, outlining the company's global presence in over 50 countries and its intent to seek talented individuals from select tertiary institutions nationwide, guided by the directive of the Mother company's Group Managing Director, Mr. Vincec Bosch.

 

Mr. Egbe underscored the company's commitment to empowering young talents with essential skills and providing employment opportunities for graduating students, especially those with commendable academic performances.

 

Established in Africa since 1973, GB Foods Company boasts seven major factories and 27 branch offices on the continent. Their product line includes locally inspired foods, spices, flavors, and recipes known for their 99% natural taste.

The Director of Strategy, Mr. Oyetolani Oyewolu, elaborated on the process of the aptitude test while the Dean of Students Affairs, Professor Shamsuddeen Umar, expressed gratitude to GB Foods Company for choosing Kano and BUK for the initiative, urging students to display their capabilities.
