His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, has received an official letter from the Honourable Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire, confirming the upgrade of Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital (DASH) to a teaching hospital for the Federal University, Lafia. The letter was presented by His Royal Highness, Dr. Sidi Bage Mohammed CFR, the Emir of Lafia, on behalf of the Honourable Minister, during a ceremony held on Thursday, September 5, 2024.
This upgrade marks a historic milestone in the state’s healthcare and educational sectors, reflecting the governor’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the people of Nasarawa State.
