1. Profile Creation: The first step requires applicants to create a profile by providing their full name, phone number, and email address. Upon submission, a profile code will be sent to their registered email, which must be verified to proceed.

Portal Access and Data Submission: Once the profile is successfully created, candidates will gain access to the portal where they are required to enter comprehensive personal details including full name, local government area, age, gender, Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA), name and address of the organization where they completed their Industrial Training (I.T), and their National Identification Number (NIN).
3. Fee Payment: Applicants are then prompted to make payments totaling ₦15,000, comprising ₦10,000 for the HND form and ₦5,000 as a screening fee.
4. Document Upload: After payment, candidates must upload scanned copies of their ND results, O-Level results, and their I.T letter.
5. Transcript Requirement: It is emphasized that a transcript, priced at ₦7,050, is mandatory. Applicants must provide a receipt for this transcript to be considered for admission.

6. Submission of Documents: Once all payments and document submissions are completed online, candidates are instructed to photocopy the submitted documents and proceed to the admission office for physical submission.
7. Eligibility Criteria: Graduates from the previous year with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or above are eligible to apply for this year's HND program.
