During today's Prosperity Walk and Games in Nembe, the Executive Chairman of Nembe Local Government Council, Hon. David Alagoa, awarded a ₦50,000 scholarship to Master Isaac Godstime, a Primary 4 pupil of Community Primary School 1.

During Prosperity Walk and Games in Nembe, the Executive Chairman of Nembe Local Government Council, Hon. David Alagoa, awarded a ₦50,000 scholarship to Master Isaac Godstime, a Primary 4 pupil of Community Primary School 1. The young boy, who was randomly selected to assist with the weekly raffle draw at the event, was left in shock as the scholarship announcement was made, drawing cheers from the enthusiastic crowd.
Hon. Alagoa highlighted the importance of the Prosperity Walk, which now incorporates sports activities, in promoting peace, unity, and coexistence among the people of Nembe. He praised the initiative launched by Governor Douye Diri, commending the governor's efforts to foster harmony across Bayelsa State.
The event featured various competitions, including egg races, sack races, and the Prosperity Tug-of-Peace, with cash prizes awarded to the winners.
