The staff of the Directorate of Information, Public Relations, and Protocol at Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic (IMAP), Lafia, organized a surprise birthday celebration for Mukhtar Wakeel, the pioneering Director of Information, Public Relations, and Protocol, fondly known as Makaman Wamba.

The celebration took place on Thursday, July 25, 2024, as a demonstration of love and solidarity. The Directorate's staff gathered to honor Wakeel, offering prayers for Allah's continued blessings, wisdom, guidance, protection, and prosperity for him.
Mukhtar Wakeel was visibly moved by the surprise. "I am deeply shocked and surprised by this unexpected gesture," he said. "I profoundly appreciate the Directorate's staff for celebrating my birthday in such a grand style. This kind gesture will remain indelible in my heart."
