The Convocation Lecture, held at the University Auditorium on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 9 am, saw Prof. Oloyede delivering an insightful discourse on the topic, "Mainstreaming Uncertainty." On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, the university hosted a Pioneer University Hall-of-Fame Honour and Award Ceremony at the University Auditorium at 10 am, followed by the Presentation of Prizes to the Best Graduating Student at 12 noon.
The climax of the Convocation activities was the inspiring lecture by Prof. Ishaq Oloyede on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. The lecture, themed "Mainstreaming Uncertainty," explored contemporary issues and challenges, providing valuable insights to the eager audience.

The ceremony will be concluded with the Awards of Higher Degree, Honorary Degree, and the Installation of Emeritus Professors.
