The students eagerly participated, seeking guidance on various aspects of Ozigbo's successful career. Ezechukwu Casmir expressed admiration and sought advice on emulating Ozigbo's success, while Innocent Okafor inquired about effective time management and encouraged Ozigbo to consider running for office in the next election.
Valentine Ozigbo responded with wisdom and motivation, emphasizing the significance of hard work and God's grace in achieving career success. Drawing from his experiences, he highlighted the importance of understanding one's strengths and weaknesses, calling them the silent guardians of growth.

The event also featured the distinguished Deputy Vice Chancellor of Paul University, Prof. Stella Okunna, and other notable guests. Ozigbo, the immediate past President and Group CEO of Transcorp Plc, was hailed as one of the global champions of Kaizen.
