Governor Makinde, speaking at the 12th Annual Zik Lecture Series in Awka with the theme "Reclaiming Zik’s World: Claiming Justice and Africa’s Sustainable Development," drew parallels between Peter Obi and the legendary Nnamdi Azikiwe. Makinde underscored Obi's unwavering commitment to national unity, even in the face of unfavorable election outcomes.
