In a remarkable feat, Mrs. Ezinne Anieto, a dedicated mother of three and the wife of an Anglican priest, has clinched the title of the Best Graduating Student in Pharmacy at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, for the year 2023.
With an outstanding Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.8, Ezinne Anieto has not only secured the top spot in the Pharmacy program but has also etched her name in the annals of UNIZIK's academic excellence. What adds a unique dimension to her achievement is that Pharmacy is her third degree pursuit. Her academic journey began with a Second Class Upper Degree in Microbiology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Subsequently, she earned a Master’s degree in Infectious Disease Immunology, and undeterred by previous accomplishments, she pursued and excelled in the field of Pharmacy.
