Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi, formerly known as the University of Agriculture Makurdi, officially opened its satellite campus in Otukpa Community Secondary School Court during a ceremony held over the weekend. This development marks a significant milestone for the community as the university aims to enhance academic opportunities in the region.
The opening ceremony was graced by His Royal Highness Ambassador (Sir) Sunday Oche Ekele, KSJI, JP, Och'otukpa (VI), who led a delegation of chiefs from Owukpa, Orokam, and Otukpa. The delegation represented HRH Chief Emmanuel Odeh, the traditional ruler of Ad' Ogbadibo.
