Abia State University (ABSU) has officially released the timetable for the second semester general lectures of the 2022/2023 academic session. The announcement comes in the wake of the suspension of the Nationwide Strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), bringing relief to the academic community.

Crucially, there are no indications pointing to an imminent ASUU strike, bringing a positive outlook for academic proceedings at ABSU. Following the resolution of the National Labour Congress (NLC) strike, the university is poised for the resumption of lectures starting from November 21, 2023.
