TVC reported that the directive explicitly instructs law enforcement agencies, including the Police, the Department of State Security Services (DSS), and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), to take immediate action against any individual or group of students involved in street demonstrations. This includes apprehending, detaining, and prosecuting those found to be participating in protests.
