Kano State Polytechnic Issues Urgent Deadline for NELFUND Loan Registration

The management of Kano State Polytechnic (KANOPOLY) has issued an important notice to all students regarding the fast-approaching deadline for the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) applications.

According to a statement released by Auwal Ismail Bagwai, Head of Public Affairs, the registration window for the 2025/2026 academic session is officially set to close on Friday, 27 February 2026.

The institution emphasized that both new and returning students must act swiftly to secure their financial aid for the current session. Key directives include:

Fresh Students: Must complete their full university registration on or before the deadline to be eligible for the loan facilities.

Returning Students: Are strongly encouraged to apply to alleviate the burden of tuition and maintenance costs.

Verification: Ensure all data provided matches the records on the NELFUND Student Loan Portal to avoid delays in disbursement.

The Kano State Polytechnic management reiterated its commitment to student welfare, noting that the NELFUND initiative is a critical tool for ensuring educational equity.
