KASU Leadership's Pays a Productive Visit to Honourable Commissioner of Environment and Natural Resources

In a significant step towards fostering collaboration and addressing student welfare, the leadership of KADSSU-KASU paid a courtesy/familiarization visit to Hon. Abubakar Buba, the Honourable Commissioner of Environment and Natural Resources, Kaduna State, on this 27th day of February 2024.

During the interactive session, Ambassador Abubakar Muhammad (ASSEEDEEEQ), the KADSSU-KASU President, expressed gratitude for the continuous support from the Honourable Commissioner in advancing student causes. Various issues affecting the well-being of KASU students were identified and promptly resolved.

Of note, concerns about medical facilities led to a positive outcome, as the Commissioner liaised with the Ministry of Health to address the shortage of medicines in the school sickbay. A new ambulance is set to be dispatched to KASU, along with a substantial supply of medicines and essential items.

Additionally, the KADSSU-KASU President emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean environment at KASU. The Commissioner welcomed this initiative, acknowledging the transformational efforts of the KADSSU-KASU President in elevating Kaduna State University to a world-class institution.
