The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has provided important information and guidelines for candidates preparing for the upcoming Post-UTME screening for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The screening, which will be a computer-based test (CBT), is scheduled to take place at designated centers within the Ugbowo Campus.

Candidates should ensure they are familiar with basic computer navigation skills, similar to those required for the JAMB exam. The Post-UTME test will cover four relevant subjects, including English, which is compulsory. The exam will last for 60 minutes, and candidates must achieve at least 50% as an aggregate score to qualify for admission. Results are expected to be released approximately two weeks after the exam.

Candidates are reminded to arrive at the exam venue at least one hour before their scheduled screening time. It is mandatory to wear NCDC-prescribed surgical face masks and bring small-sized hand sanitizers. GSM phones and calculators are not allowed in the exam hall. Additionally, candidates must bring their Screening Invitation Slip, which contains their screening schedule, as it is required for entry.
