Her family and well-wishers reportedly paid a ransom of N5 million for her release. Although she is now free, Dr. Adokwe is currently undergoing a medical examination due to the shock she experienced during her captivity.

Kidnapped Nasarawa State University Lecturer Freed After N5 Million Ransom Payment

Dr. Comfort Adokwe, a lecturer from the Faculty of Administration at Nasarawa State University, Keffi, has regained her freedom after being abducted. The lecturer was kidnapped by armed men who invaded her residence in Angwan Jaba, Keffi Local Government Area.
