Kogi State Polytechnic Admission Documents for 2024/2025 HND Screening

Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, has released the list of essential documents required for the upcoming 2024/2025 HND admission screening. Applicants are advised to prepare the following documents for submission on or before the screening day at the Admission Office:

1. Receipt for Payment of Application Form: A valid receipt confirming payment for the application form.

2. Student Bio-Data Form: Completed and accurate student bio-data form.

3. O Level Result: Original and photocopies of O Level result (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent).

4. ND Result: Original and photocopies of National Diploma (ND) result.

5. State of Origin: A recognized proof of state of origin (e.g., local government identification or certificate of origin).

6. Certificate of Birth: Original birth certificate or affidavit of birth.

7. Transcript Receipt: Receipt showing payment for the ND transcript.

8. Industrial Training (I.T) Letter: Evidence of completion or letter indicating ongoing Industrial Training (I.T).
