KolaDaisi University (KDU), Ibadan, has launched a ₦1.5 billion Critical Infrastructure Fund to drive sustainable development, strengthen academic excellence, and enhance institutional competitiveness among Nigeria’s leading private universities.

The announcement was made by the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Mr. Remi Babalola, during the university’s 5th Convocation Ceremony held recently in Ibadan. Mr. Babalola, a former Minister of Finance, described the fund as a landmark initiative established and financed by the Founder and Chancellor, Chief Kola Daisi, CON, to accelerate the university’s infrastructural and technological advancement.

According to him, the fund will be dedicated to the development of modern learning facilities, research infrastructure, and innovative technologies, all geared toward improving the quality of education and research delivery at KDU.
