In a remarkable display of academic prowess, Dosunmu Olalekan, a student of Lagos State University (LASU), has set new records with his multiple academic achievements.
This is following the celebration of the 27th Convocation ceremony of the University, where degrees and diplomas were awarded to deserving students.

Olalekan, a student of the Department of Transport and Management (TMO) and a graduate of the 2022/2023 academic session, has made an indelible mark in the annals of the University’s history. His list of academic achievements is both impressive and inspiring.
He was awarded the Best Graduating Student in the School of Transport and Logistics and the Department of Transport Management & Operations (TMO). His exceptional performance earned him six TRASA-LASU awards and a CILTNG award. He was also recognized as a LASU Scholar and was a two-time finalist for the Dean’s Cup.

But his achievements were not limited to academics alone. Olalekan demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, serving as the Faculty President, the Faculty General Secretary, and the Faculty Financial Secretary.
In addition to these accolades, Olalekan was honored with a TMO award and achieved the highest CGPA in the history of the Faculty, with a staggering 4.70 out of 5.0, earning him First Class Honors.
In his own words, Olalekan stated, “I’m the definition of Excellence.” His achievements are a testament to his dedication, hard work, and pursuit of excellence.
