LAUTECH Issues Notice to Newly Admitted Students for 2023/2024 Academic Session
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has directed newly admitted students for the 2023/2024 academic session to submit specific documents to the Admissions and Undergraduate Records Unit between May 21 and June 21, 2024.
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has issued an important directive to all students admitted during the 2023/2024 admission exercise. These students are required to submit specific documents to the Admissions and Undergraduate Records Unit between Tuesday, May 21, 2024, and Friday, June 21, 2024. Submissions will be accepted at "THE HALL" from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days.

Upon presenting the necessary documents, students will receive two files to organize the documents for submission to their respective Faculties and Departments.
Required Documents:
- Two copies of the notification of recommendation for admission
- Two copies of the JAMB Admission letter
- Two copies of verified O’ Level result(s)
- Two copies of the original JAMB Result Slip
- Two copies of the receipt of payment of acceptance fee
- Two copies of birth certificate or sworn affidavit of birth
- Two copies of the National Identification Number (NIN)
- Two letters of recommendation from reputable persons
- Original sworn affidavit of good behavior and one copy
- Original receipt of purchase of student Hand Book and one copy
- Two copies of the Medical Clearance form
- Two copies of the certificate of Toxicology Test
- Two copies of the receipt of payment of tuition fee
- Two copies of the Bio-data form
- Two copies of the Dress Code
- Two recent passport photographs
- Two copies of the oath of allegiance form printed from the student portal (to be printed after the matriculation ceremony)

The university emphasizes that failure to comply with this directive may result in the forfeiture of admission, as non-compliant students will not be profiled in either their faculty or department.
The Registrar, Dr. K. A. Ogunleye, signed off on this notice on Monday, May 20, 2024.
