LAUTECH Students Shine at Global 2025 NexGen Innovation Challenge in London

Two outstanding students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Saka Adetayo Muhammed of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Bello Abdullahi Adeoye of the Department of Electrical Engineering, have made the university proud with their remarkable performance at the Grand Finale of the 2025 NexGen Innovation Challenge held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the prestigious Hilton Hotel, Paddington, London.

Two outstanding students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Saka Adetayo Muhammed of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Bello Abdullahi Adeoye of the Department of Electrical Engineering, have made the university proud with their remarkable performance at the Grand Finale of the 2025 NexGen Innovation Challenge held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the prestigious Hilton Hotel, Paddington, London.

The duo presented their groundbreaking innovation before a distinguished panel of global investors, representing both LAUTECH and Oyo State on an international stage.

Earlier in the year, the pair had led two separate teams that represented Oyo State at the National Level of the 2025 NexGen Innovation Challenge held on July 9, 2025, in Abuja. Their participation and journey to the grand finale were fully sponsored by the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI).

Team One consisted of Saka Muhammed, Olusanya Ayodeji, and Ojoawo Rosemary, while Team Two comprised Amoo Taiwo, Bello Abdullahi, Emmanuel Lafenwa, and Azeez Fatiha.
