The Vice-Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU), Professor Ursula Ngozi Akanwa, has reaffirmed her administration's commitment to inclusive leadership, assuring staff that her office remains open to constructive ideas and initiatives that will advance the University's growth and development.

Professor Akanwa gave the assurance during a family meeting with members of staff held at the Modern Public Lecture Theatre, where she stressed that every employee has a vital role to play in repositioning the institution.

She noted that contributions from all offices are valuable and encouraged staff to continue proposing innovative ideas capable of moving the University forward.

The Vice-Chancellor urged staff to uphold discipline, responsibility, and commitment to duty, while emphasising the importance of respecting constituted authority, developing a strong sense of ownership of the University, maintaining punctuality, and handling official assignments without unnecessary delays.
