According to the official press release issued by IELCOM, the decision follows extensive consultations and meticulous preparations aimed at ensuring a smooth and credible electoral process. The Public Relations Officer for IELCOM, Sen. Harri John Harri, who signed the statement on behalf of the Chairman, Amb. Comr.
