The Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has announced that it received the highest number of student loan applications within a 24-hour period since the launch of its student loan application portal on May 25, 2024.
According to the NELFUND Management, led by Managing Director/CEO Mr. Akintunde Sawyerr, a total of 9,687 student registrations were recorded in the last 24 hours, with 7,975 of these being completed loan applications. This significant surge highlights the critical role NELFUND plays in enabling access to higher education for students facing financial challenges.
