In a bid to bolster educational infrastructure and foster community development, the Nigerian Navy has announced plans to establish a secondary school in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. Rear Admiral Michael Oamen, the Director of Naval Transformation, unveiled this plan during a courtesy visit to Governor Francis Nwifuru at the Government House in Abakaliki. Oamen emphasized the Navy's commitment to education, highlighting the importance of instilling discipline and ethics among students.

"We take education seriously," Rear Admiral Oamen affirmed, underscoring the Navy's dedication to promoting academic excellence and character development.
