NSUK Advocates for Decentralized Climate Change Processes at Kenyan-IPCC Program

Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research, Innovation, Linkages, and Alumni Affairs (DVC RILAA), Assoc. Prof K'tso Nghargbu recently participated in a Kenyan Government and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) outreach program.

The event, held at the Technical University of Mombasa, focused on IPCC processes in Africa.

During the program, NSUK made a strong statement advocating for the decentralization of these processes through the creation of regional synthesis groups. The event also provided a valuable platform for NSUK to forge new partnerships with other universities and key climate change stakeholders.
