NSUK Strengthens Collaboration with Nigerian Geological Survey Agency

Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), led by Vice-Chancellor Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, visited the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency (NGSA) on August 20, 2024, to enhance existing partnerships and explore new areas of mutual interest. 

The Vice-Chancellor and her delegation were warmly received by the Director-General of NGSA, Professor Olusegun O. Ige, and his management team. The two leaders discussed the renewal and expansion of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that has been in place since 2019, aiming to make it more comprehensive to accommodate emerging opportunities.

The visit concluded with an exchange of souvenirs and a tour of the Geology museum. The Vice-Chancellor was accompanied by key university officials, including Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, Professor Theophilus Daniel Lagi, and Director of Linkages and International Cooperation, Dr. Ktso Ngharbu.
