NTA Seeks Partnership With FUD

The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Dutse has asked for more collaboration with the Federal University Dutse.

This was disclosed by the new General Manager of NTA Dutse, Alhaji Bashir Usman Chedi when he led his management team to pay a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed.

He said, being an old Teacher himself, he respects academics and the university community in general hence, the need for his quest for more partnership with the University.

The new GM said he is aware of the existing

retainership between the University and NTA but

he thinks that the two institutions can explore more areas of collaboration and partnership for the benefit of the two organizations.

In his response, the VC thanked the GM for the visit, adding that NTA has been a partner in progress of the University since its establishment in 2011. Prof. Abdulkarim said NTA is one of the best media houses in Jigawa state that gives the University a timely and accurate coverage at all times, adding that the University is ever willing to collaborate with the station.

He promised to lead his management to visit the NTA Dutse office very soon.
